Ripple is seeking a Director of Product Planning to connect strategy with a practical, well-ordered plan. You’ll coordinate the product group, align roadmaps across leaders, and influence prioritization with high visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, or similar cross-functional planning roles.
• Strong track record running planning and prioritization across multiple teams or product lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into leadership-ready stories.
• Highly organized and capable of coordinating complex cross-functional work.
• Experience in fast-paced or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, turning priorities into a resourced, sequenced roadmap.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and surface blockers early.
• Keep the roadmap current and clearly communicated to collaborators.
• Build and manage the product org's operating rhythm with planning cycles and reviews.
• Own tooling and systems that keep planning artifacts organized as a single source of truth.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and process gaps to speed execution.
• Partner with Data Science to synthesize metrics and present clear updates to leadership.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and talking points for planning decisions.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives and support process improvements.
