Ripple is seeking a Director of Product Planning to connect strategy with a practical, well-ordered plan across the product group. You’ll coordinate the team, keep stakeholders informed, and influence the full product organization with a clear narrative.

You will guide alignment of roadmaps rather than owning a feature roadmap, shaping metrics with Data Science and turning insights into decisive guidance for leadership across a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product operations or similar cross-functional planning role.
• Strong track record running planning and prioritization across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data into leadership-ready stories.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end planning to create a resourced, sequenced roadmap across product lines.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and surface blockers.
• Build the product org's operating rhythm with planning cycles and reviews.
• Partner with Data Science; translate metrics into actionable updates for leadership.
