Job summary

Ripple Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Planning in San Francisco to connect strategy with a practical, well-ordered plan. You will guide cross-functional roadmaps, coordinate the product org, and influence planning decisions with data-driven storytelling.

You will own the process that aligns roadmaps, manage interactions with engineering, data science, and leadership, and drive an operational rhythm across planning cycles, launches, and reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, chief-of-staff, or similar cross-functional planning roles.
• Strong track record running planning/prioritization across multiple teams or product lines.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics; translate data into actionable story for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize complexity for quick leadership action.
• Highly organized, low-ego, and able to make others' work easier and more coherent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning to turn priorities into a resourced, sequenced roadmap across product lines.
• Facilitate tradeoffs and prioritization discussions among product leaders; surface conflicts early.
• Keep roadmap current and credible as priorities shift and communicate changes clearly.
