You will guide the process that aligns roadmaps, manage how metrics are analyzed, and craft a decisive narrative for leadership. You will own end-to-end planning, maintain the operating rhythm, and oversee tools like Jira, Linear, and Notion to keep artifacts reliable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations or similar cross-functional planning role.
• Strong track record running planning/prioritization across multiple teams or product lines.
• Comfortable with data and metrics, turning outputs into a story for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize complexity for quick action.
• Highly organized and able to make others' work easier and more coherent.
• Experience leading or managing a team is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated, or high-stakes industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning to turn strategic priorities into a resourced, sequenced roadmap across product lines.
• Facilitate tradeoff and prioritization discussions among product leaders.
• Keep the roadmap current and credible and communicate changes clearly.
• Build and manage the product org's operating rhythm — planning cycles and reviews.
• Own tooling and systems (Jira, Linear, Notion) as a single source of truth.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and process gaps.
• Partner with Data Science to build and maintain underlying metrics and dashboards.
• Translate data into recommendations and talking points for leadership.
