Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Open to early-career professionals as well as candidates with 5+ years of planning or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including load balancing, supply and demand planning, forecasting, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including working with large datasets, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and formulas/functions.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development teams to translate project requirements into planning strategies.
• Manage supply and demand planning to support product availability and business objectives.
• Forecast and analyze to support inventory and production planning decisions.
• Balance supply constraints, prioritize demands, and identify risks in the supply chain.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning models using Pivot Tables and Excel formulas.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and development teams to align planning activities.
• Evaluate planning processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and excellence.
