Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a New Product Planner to support a leading manufacturing organization in Audubon, PA. You will coordinate and drive new product launch activities, aligning Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT to ensure timely market introductions.

The role requires strong supply chain planning expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage demand and operational planning projects from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or production planning.
• Experience with NPI and cross-functional projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new product launch activities across Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT.
• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans for new products and ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, priorities, and milestones throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize planning systems and data to evaluate forecasts, inventory requirements, and operational readiness.
• Serve as central planning liaison between commercial and operations to ensure successful launch strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues affecting availability or timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and planning processes to enhance efficiency.
