Job summary

Town & Country Living is seeking a Planner to own demand and supply planning for an assigned product portfolio, translating forecasts into actionable purchasing and replenishment plans. The role partners with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to balance product availability against inventory investment.

You will drive forecast accuracy, ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, and maintain highly organized, data-driven processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant business/ops focus preferred.
• 2+ years in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; excellent communication.
• Familiarity with S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional partnering.

This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to balance product availability against inventory investment, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling), preferred ERP experience
• Strong analytical and natural penchant for numbers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High Integrity and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with S&OP / IBP processes
• Experience in consumer products, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce is a plus
• Passion for product and trend awareness
