The Planner will synchronize supply and demand to create an achievable business plan aligned with inventory, production capabilities, and revenue objectives. Responsibilities include developing supply and demand plans, creating forecasts for inventory and production, and collaborating with product development, sales, and marketing to align demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to support business objectives.
• Create and analyze forecasts to support inventory and production.
• Partner closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align demand expectations.
• Coordinate business planning activities to ensure a synchronized and achievable plan based on projected supply and available inventory.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective planning across sales, product development, and operational teams.
