Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or production planning.
• Experience with NPI and cross-functional projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new product launch activities across Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT.
• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans for new products and ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, priorities, and milestones throughout the product lifecycle.

• Serve as central planning liaison between commercial and operations to ensure successful launch strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues affecting availability or timelines.

Qualifications of the New Product Planner:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, inventory planning, or supply chain operations
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and coordinating cross-functional projects within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency utilizing ERP, MRP, or other planning systems to support forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and data reporting experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT teams
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments is preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation for the New Product Planner Includes:

• Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000
