Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define the product's value proposition, outline vision and execution plans, and gain alignment with strategic partners and stakeholders. The role includes attending sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team and owning product backlogs and roadmaps.

The incumbent will ensure portfolio alignment, drive asset improvements, and represent the product in governance meetings, delivering maximum value across products and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3 years of Product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle, 1 year of Advanced domain experience
• 1 year with the Agile process

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executives.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/prioritize backlog based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
