Job summary

HubSync in Franklin, TN is seeking a hands-on Product Owner for HubSync Workflow, our engagement management platform for tax compliance. You will own the product vision, manage the backlog, lead sprints, and collaborate with Tax, CAS, and Audit & A&A teams.

You will translate complex accounting procedures into repeatable software workflows, drive integrations like OneSource, and guide the migration toward AI data extraction. Strong Jira discipline and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building software for accounting firms.
• Experience with Audit & Assurance (A&A) workflows.
• Ability to translate financial processes into software workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Workflow module across Tax, CAS, and A&A service lines
• Manage complex initial due date integration with OneSource
• Define the product strategy for transitioning from legacy integrations to AI screen-scraping technologies
• Translate complex accounting procedures into streamlined software workflows
• Prioritize a capability-based backlog aligned with service-line requirements
• Collaborate with product leadership and ensure sprint discipline
