Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• 5+ years of tax preparation, tax review, public accounting, tax technology, or related practitioner experience.
• Experience with tax preparation and review workflows, including experience with K‑1s, pass‑through taxation workflows.
• Experience translating practitioner workflows into product requirements and direction.
• Experience working directly with customers to identify problems, validate solutions, and improve outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Experience driving product launches, commercialization activities, and cross‑functional execution.
• Experience leveraging data and metrics to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer signals into clear problem statements and product opportunities.
• Define product vision, objectives, OKRs, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria traceable to outcomes.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investments.
• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and high‑value use cases.
• Lead customer discovery and practitioner interviews to inform roadmaps.
• Define workflows and practitioner journeys for tax prep, review, and returns.
