Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner – Finance Systems to lead the evolution of enterprise Finance technology in Nashville. You will own the Agile backlog, partner with Finance stakeholders, and translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria while guiding delivery with the Engineering team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Product Ownership, strong Finance process knowledge, ERP experience, and Dynamics 365 Business Central is strongly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms, Finance systems, and system integrations.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Agile product backlog based on business value and technical priorities.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements.
• Translate Finance needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout sprint execution to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Support enhancements to ERP platforms, Finance applications, and system integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help drive the ongoing development and modernization of the Finance systems environment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business and technical teams across multiple regions.
