Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Product Owner to bridge product strategy and engineering execution in Lindon, UT. You will own the team backlog, decompose features into stories, and craft precise acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Release teams to ensure delivery aligns with roadmap and release schedules. You will influence backlog sequencing, define readiness criteria, and support feature flag governance and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant field.
• Experience owning/managing development backlog and writing user stories.
• Strong ability to define functional acceptance criteria and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the development team backlog, prioritization, and readiness.
• Translates product features into stories with acceptance criteria and UX context.
• Collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Release teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Drives backlog hygiene, readiness ceremonies, and dependency management.
