• Decide where to say no to enable focused yes decisions.
• Sit between Product Vision and KPI Definition teams to make calls.
• Identify overlooked customer segments and size the prize.
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Flint, MI region.
• Read a CSPO Certification dashboard and interpret data insights.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into strategy briefs.
• Translate goals into quarterly roadmaps that teams can ship.
• Coach senior stakeholders through complex reallocations.
