• Sit between Lean Product Development and Competitive Analysis teams as the person who makes the call
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across McKinsey & Company business units
• Translate McKinsey & Company goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Map where revenue leaks between handoffs across the business funnel
• Partner with finance, marketing, and product to align on shared business outcomes
• Lead pricing analysis and recommend adjustments that protect margins
• Identify growth opportunities in the Antioch, CA market and beyond
• Catch the values-led risk in a contract before legal even opens it
