Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Product Owner to lead end-to-end technology initiatives for the Store Support Organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch features that transform in-store and digital experiences for customers and team members, guided by SAFe Agile principles.

You will influence project roadmaps, contribute to strategy, and translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements, while balancing business needs and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in Product Ownership, SAFe Agile work, and/or IT field.
• Experience with technical teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional partner relationships.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-state product experiences for Ship to Home, Customer Experience, and digital roadmap.
• Serve as SME for roadmaps, strategy and planning.
• Translate customer and team feedback into improved digital experiences.
• See projects from start to finish and measure success post-rollout.
• Convey vision and goals to teams for each feature.
• Create and own agile team objectives for each 10-week increment.
• Maintain and prioritize team backlogs during sprint planning.
• Attend SAFe ceremonies and report progress to stakeholders.
• Plan transitions with high customer impact as needed.
