MagMutual Insurance Company in Atlanta is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business goals and technology, turning strategy into a prioritized backlog and clear user stories. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, identify blockers, and ensure releases meet business outcomes.

In this role you will partner with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, and engineering teams in an Agile environment, translating needs into actionable plans and driving successful product delivery across multiple

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive Business Analyst or Product Owner experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging business and technical stakeholders and clearly communicating priorities, delivery progress, and trade-offs.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience turning product strategy into delivery and translating business goals into technical products.
• Experience managing technical delivery across the PDLC, including specifying, building, testing mission-critical applications, and coordinating releases.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to elicit requirements from diverse personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.
• Proven experience driving consensus among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and applying analysis techniques to understand business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Insurance industry experience a plus (Medical Professional Liability or Property & Casualty).
• Experience with customer education, onboarding, or digital adoption programs.
• Positive customer service demeanor, teamwork, and proactive growth mindset.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into an actionable delivery plan and prioritized backlog.
• Work in an Agile environment, refine priorities, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Build ongoing relationships with business and technology stakeholders and communicate priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop, maintain, and share knowledge of business processes, workflows, systems, and technologies.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineering and business teams, identify blockers, and coordinate releases.
• Participate in design reviews to validate solutions against business needs.
• Partner with QA to develop test plans and lead testing cycles.
• Share delivery insights and customer feedback within the product management community.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
