MagMutual Insurance Company in Atlanta is seeking a Product Manager to define vision, roadmap, delivery, launch, adoption, expansion, and outcomes for assigned products, platforms, or applications. You will partner with business, technology, and experience design stakeholders to deliver measurable value and improve experiences for customers, agents and employees.

You will drive product strategy from market analysis to launch, and lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders around user

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans grounded in market analysis and user needs.
• Experience with Agile environments and stakeholder workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for assigned products.
• Gather requirements and prioritize backlog with delivery teams; manage product backlog.
• Lead cross-functional product launches, pilots, and expansion readiness tasks.
• Facilitate workshops mapping journeys, personas, pain points, and outcomes.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations on go-to-market plans.
