• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive Business Analyst or Product Owner experience.
• Insurance industry experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product strategy into an actionable delivery plan and backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, stakeholders, and tech teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release activities and manage blockers and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Partner with QA to develop test plans and lead testing cycles.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
