MagMutual Insurance Company in Atlanta seeks a Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap and delivery across key platforms. You will partner with business, technology and design to deliver measurable value for customers, agents and employees, balancing user needs with business goals.

You will lead cross‑functional workshops, translate insights into prioritized roadmaps, and drive adoption through data‑driven experimentation in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, IT, CS, engineering)
• Proven experience in product management or product ownership
• Experience shipping products across full lifecycle and enabling data-driven improvements
• Expertise with customer experience strategy, journey mapping, and personas
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience in Agile product development environments

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap for assigned products and platforms
• Translate customer insights, journey maps, and service blueprints into prioritized roadmaps
• Collaborate with developers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements
• Lead workshops and cross‑functional sessions to align stakeholders on user needs and outcomes
• Monitor product success metrics, drive adoption, and communicate progress to leadership
