• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business analysis, product ownership, or enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting or leading business-critical applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for KI's quoting platform, product modification database, and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage application priorities, roadmaps, and enhancement backlogs.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes and user experiences.
• Lead testing, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and support resolution efforts.
• Develop reporting and analytics that support business decision-making.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user resources.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
