  • Own Critical Business Platforms - Serve as the product owner for key commercial applications, defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
  • Improve the User Experience - Work closely with end users to identify pain points, streamline workflows, improve adoption, and create solutions that make it easier for employees, dealers, and customers to interact with KI.
  • Turn Data into Action - Leverage reporting, analytics, and business insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and drive better business outcomes.
  • Build Your Career and Expand Your Influence - Join a highly visible role with the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and help shape the future of KI's commercial technology landscape.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the product owner for KI's quoting platform, product modification database, and Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Manage application priorities, roadmaps, and enhancement backlogs.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes and user experiences.
  • Lead testing, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and support resolution efforts.
  • Develop reporting and analytics that support business decision-making.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and user resources.
  • Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective partnerships across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, quoting solutions, or other enterprise business applications preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, automation, or process improvement tools preferred.
