Provisur is seeking a Product Manager to connect customers, engineering, sales, and strategy across the FMS and Automation portfolio. You will shape product vision, guide development, and drive global success from concept to launch and beyond.

You will turn market insights into smart decisions to meet international standards and support teams worldwide, leading product launches with lifecycle profitability. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, technical/industrial setting.
• 3–5 years automation experience in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Industrial Engineering; MBA a plus.
• Background in mechanical engineering, automation, or plant engineering.
• Food processing or related industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with CE, UL, FDA, ISO, HACCP.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market needs.
• Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.
• Analyze global markets, customer needs, competitors, and trends.
• Lead product launches and lifecycle management.
• Enable regional sales with product expertise.
• Ensure compliance and certifications for international markets.
