If your product ownership experience has been centered specifically around mobile applications, this is the kind of role where that experience matters.
Swoon is partnering with a major U.S. airline on an Associate Product Owner opportunity supporting its mobile customer channel. This team owns the foundation behind the airline’s mobile applications and works across Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Architecture to build and improve features used throughout the customer journey.
The team is specifically looking for someone who has personally owned mobile product work - not simply supported a broader digital product that happened to include an app.
You’ll be working across roadmap priorities, backlog management, user stories, technical dependencies, feature delivery, defects, and post-launch measurement. That means understanding both the customer experience and what has to happen technically behind the scenes to get a feature into production.
Experience with airline, travel, e-commerce, reservation/booking systems, or other products that depend on multiple interconnected systems would be especially relevant. Experience selecting or implementing third-party mobile SDKs is also a plus.
This is less of a general digital Product Owner role and more specifically focused on mobile product ownership. If your background is primarily web, internal enterprise applications, or project/program management without direct ownership of an iOS/Android product, this likely won’t be the strongest match.
The team works onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday virtual. The interview process includes an initial virtual conversation followed by an onsite second round.
