Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, is seeking a Product Owner - Manufacturing Harness to collaboratively manage the schedule, budget, and technical oversight of subsystem deliverables for assigned control accounts across programs. You will drive team execution to meet hardware delivery dates while optimizing production capacity and manufacturability.

Qualifications

Advanced technical education in engineering or computer science.
ABET accreditation is preferred in the USA.
Experience with wire harness product lifecycle and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Program Management Offices to understand and prioritize deliverable hardware.
Drive day-to-day team execution through the flow from demand to delivery.
Manage scope, planning, cost estimates, schedules, and risk.
Update LRE planners and provide EVM inputs and corrective action planning.
Develop and maintain a historical data set for cost and schedule projections.
Work with Production Scheduling to align hardware build schedules.
Develop a product roadmap aligned with long-range plans and manage technical changes.
Represent control accounts as technical authority and performance manager.
Track TPMs and DRs and resolve issues to keep manufacturing moving.
