Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner II to lead discovery and delivery across the Retail Lending portfolio. Based in one of several U.S.

locations, you will work with Senior Product Owners to prioritize work and drive customer experiences through technology and product strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to research, prototype, and refine designs, while ensuring governance and documentation for business requirements and metrics.

Qualifications

• University degree required, typically a Bachelor's.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong customer focus and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product vision and backlog; guides the Scrum team on priorities based on business value.
• Collaborates with Senior Product Owner and stakeholders to research and remediate issues across personal and small business loan products.
• Defines and refines user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritizes backlog items and bugs by value and risk.
• Partners with Senior Product Owners to manage one scrum team’s backlog and coordinate with BSAs and tech leads.
