Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Management Manager within its Retail Lending organization. Based in major markets, you will lead portfolio managers, align product strategy with business goals, and oversee budgeting and reporting to executives.

You will partner with product and tech teams to drive roadmaps, OKRs, and agile transformation while coaching talent across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy.
Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
Oversee the portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
Coaches and develops portfolio managers and manages vendor relationships to ensure success of the portfolio.
