Job summary

PNC in the Retail Lending division is seeking a Product Owner II to lead discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across the portfolio. Based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, DE, or DC, you will collaborate with stakeholders and drive value through technology, product strategy, and measurable outcomes.

You will own and refine a Scrum team's backlog, run MVP‑driven delivery, participate in planning and reviews, and ensure documentation and metrics align with enterprise controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand the vision, roadmap, features, and releases for customer journeys.
  • Facilitate customer research, designs, prototypes, and other exploration activities.
  • Define, refine, accept, and prioritize stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity.
  • Own and maintain one scrum team’s backlog and work with BSAs, Tech Leads, and Scrum teams to execute upon this work.
  • Participate in program and team events including quarterly planning, demos, daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Manage activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validate metrics as appropriate for methodology and Enterprise controls.
  • Be self‑directed with strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Apply good business sense and technical foundation to establish priorities and appropriate trade‑offs for system functionality and performance.
  • Work with the team using an MVP philosophy to deliver frequent, reliable, desirable, and scalable software solutions.

Job Profile

PNC is seeking to transform its Retail Lending Business, and as a Product Owner II, you will play a critical part in this journey. You will lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across the Retail Lending portfolio. Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
