PNC in the Retail Lending division is seeking a Product Owner II to lead discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across the portfolio. Based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, DE, or DC, you will collaborate with stakeholders and drive value through technology, product strategy, and measurable outcomes.
You will own and refine a Scrum team's backlog, run MVP‑driven delivery, participate in planning and reviews, and ensure documentation and metrics align with enterprise controls.

As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; or Washington, DC.
PNC is seeking to transform its Retail Lending Business, and as a Product Owner II, you will play a critical part in this journey. You will lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across the Retail Lending portfolio. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer experiences, driving innovation through technology, product strategy, and have a track record of delivering results.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. The following categories outline the required and preferred competencies.
Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree and 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired, and in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
