Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner II for Servicing to drive discovery and delivery across Retail Lending.

You'll own the product backlog, collaborate with Senior Product Owners, BSAs, and Tech Leads, and ensure customer-focused outcomes while aligning with enterprise controls. You will base in one of multiple locations (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Wilmington, or Washington, DC) with an emphasis on delivering MVP-style software in a fast-paced Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience (degree preferred).
• Experience owning and grooming product backlogs across teams.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and BSA/Tech Leads.

Responsibilities

• Owns vision and definition of the product, voice of the customer.
• Prioritize backlog items and accept delivery from Scrum Teams.
• Partner with Senior Product Owners and stakeholders to drive discovery and delivery.
• Lead backlog grooming and ensure alignment with business value and priorities.
