Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead grooming and backlog refinement with the team.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to drive value.
• Define and track KPIs using analytics and customer insights.
• Review completed work and communicate delivered value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, risk/compliance as needed.
