Responsibilities

• Product Creation – manage backlog, user stories, testing, and provide direction during sprints.
• Product Deployment – create training materials, lead communications, drive rollout and adoption.
• Ongoing Product Support – monitor issues, coordinate resolutions, analyze adoption metrics.
• Continuous Improvement – evaluate features, synthesize feedback, drive enhancements with senior owners.
