Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Finance. This role can be based at any Eaton site within the continental U.S.

You will help define requirements, support development, and ensure solutions meet user needs while building product management and finance technology experience. Responsibilities include aligning product goals with finance strategy, managing the backlog, developing training materials, coordinating rollout, and monitoring adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or completion of Eaton’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of an Eaton site; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Product Alignment – define user needs, basic personas, and product goals; align with finance and digital strategy.
• Product Creation – prioritize backlog, develop user stories, run user testing, guide sprint delivery.
• Product Deployment – create training materials, lead user communications, manage rollout and adoption strategies.
