Eaton seeks a Product Owner, Operations Finance to lead digital finance product initiatives across the enterprise, partnering with senior product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to shape requirements and guide delivery.

Based in the continental U.S., the role focuses on backlog prioritization, user stories, training materials, rollout, and user adoption, while building early-career product management and finance technology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or completed Eaton’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of an Eaton site will be considered; military candidates exempt from area limitation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Product Alignment – Define user needs, personas, and product goals; align with finance and digital strategy.
• Product Creation – Prioritize backlog, oversee user stories, conduct user testing, guide delivery team during sprints.
• Product Deployment – Create training materials, lead user communications, manage rollout and adoption strategies.
• Ongoing Product Support – Establish monitoring, coordinate with support teams, analyze adoption and performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement – Evaluate features, synthesize feedback, drive enhancements with senior product owners.
