Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Finance to drive the delivery and ongoing enhancement of digital finance products. Based at any Eaton site within the continental U.S., you will partner with senior product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and support development activities.

The role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build product management and finance technology experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3 years in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or completion of Eaton’s FLDP.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton site will be considered.

Responsibilities

Product Alignment – define user needs, personas, product goals; align with finance/digital strategy.
Product Creation – backlog prioritization, user stories, testing, and direction to the delivery team during sprints.
Product Deployment – develop training materials, lead user communications, manage rollout/adoption strategies.
Ongoing Product Support – monitor issues, coordinate resolutions, analyze adoption metrics for improvement.
Continuous Improvement – evaluate features, synthesize feedback, drive innovation with senior product owners.
