Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Finance to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of digital finance products. The role partners with senior product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in business/finance/tech/analytical role or completion of Eaton’s FLDP.
No relocation; within 50-mile radius of an Eaton site; US work authorization required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Product Alignment – define user needs, personas, and goals aligned with finance and digital strategy.
Product Creation – backlog prioritization, user stories, testing, and sprint guidance.
Product Deployment – develop training materials, lead communications, manage rollout and adoption.
Ongoing Product Support – monitor issues, coordinate resolutions, analyze adoption metrics.
Continuous Improvement – evaluate features, synthesize feedback, drive innovations with senior owners.
