Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an enterprise software environment.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clear user stories, define requirements, and conceptualize solution designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with CIS or the utility billing sector is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• SDLC Business Leadership: Drive business-facing elements of the development lifecycle for Hansen CIS R&D projects, aligning with product strategy.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Gather complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable designs.
• Backlog Management & Grooming: Own the product backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and lead backlog grooming.
• Scrum Team Collaboration: Work daily with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to meet business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in sprint reviews and accept/reject user stories to ensure quality before release.
