Sphera Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to bridge customer needs and software delivery across hazardous industries. You will own the product backlog, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure value is delivered in every sprint.

You'll work with globally distributed engineering and business teams, guiding priorities, validating features against acceptance criteria, and communicating clearly in English with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Around 5 years in product-focused roles such as Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and communicate product requirements via user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as main contact for development on scope and priorities throughout delivery.
• Gather and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Review features and ensure acceptance criteria before release.
• Support roadmapping by translating market trends into initiatives.
• Explain why features matter and how they fit the product strategy.
