Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related experience supporting digital products and software platforms.
• Proven experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

This role requires a strong blend of customer focus, business acumen, and technical collaboration to translate stakeholder needs into measurable product outcomes.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, program management, and business leaders to define product vision, prioritize backlogs, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that create business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Conduct product discovery activities to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Incorporate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into product decisions and roadmap planning.
• Align roadmap initiatives with business priorities and technology strategy.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Measure product outcomes using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Evaluate delivery progress, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Recommend process improvements and product enhancements.
• Support successful handover and ongoing product ownership practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related experience supporting digital products and software platforms.
• Proven experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education technology, certification, testing, licensure, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with web-based, enterprise-grade, platform, or data-driven products.
• Experience developing product vision documents, MRDs, PRDs, and roadmap artifacts.
• Strong understanding of product analytics and customer feedback frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 87,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 150,000 per year
