Job summary

You will translate stakeholder needs into epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and align initiatives with technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related experience supporting digital products and software platforms.
• Proven experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Conduct product discovery activities to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Incorporate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into product decisions and roadmap planning.
• Align roadmap initiatives with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and operational considerations.
• Partner with Agile delivery teams to support sprint planning, release planning, and execution.
