Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in the United States seeks an experienced AI and Delivery Architect to work as an individual contributor, coordinating with customer-facing and offshore teams, applying domain knowledge and owning the field escalation path.

You will deploy and configure the product in customer contexts, convert recurring field workarounds into product requirements, own the deployment playbook and enablement materials, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in forward-deployed engineering, solution architecture or delivery consulting.
• Hands-on technical: can debug an integration live in front of a customer.
• Has led a small field team.
• Willing to travel and work customer hours.
• Must have worked extensively in AI and Data, configuring Data Pipeline to procure data and creating Data Products as needed.
• Must have AI Foundation – deep understanding of AI from Agentic, LLM, Classic AI, GEMINI, GPT, Claude; AI Governance and defensive AI.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
