Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Product Owner who owns the product backlog and shapes the roadmap from concept to production. You’ll work with business and technology leaders to turn complex needs into clear priorities and deliver measurable impact.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, autonomous environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using data and KPIs to drive decisions and ensure delivery aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner/Manager/Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience owning products from planning through delivery and enhancement.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product priorities and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience partnering with developers, designers, and analysts in cross-functional teams.
• Strong Agile experience with ownership of roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using data, KPIs, user feedback or research to influence decisions.
• Experience with utility or energy domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap based on business priorities, user needs, and technical considerations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable product priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, developers, designers, and analysts to move ideas from concept through delivery.
• Gather user and stakeholder feedback and use data, KPIs, and research to guide product decisions.
• Communicate product priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and help shape both short-term delivery and long-term product direction.
