Eaton's Corporate Sector is seeking a Product Owner for Operations Finance. This role can be based at any Eaton site within the continental U.S.

and will support digital finance product delivery and ongoing improvement by partnering with senior product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders. Ideal for early-career professionals building product management and finance technology experience; requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in related roles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or completion of Eaton’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of an Eaton site; active-duty military exemptions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Product Alignment – define user needs, personas, and goals aligned with finance and digital strategy.
• Product Creation – prioritize backlog, develop user stories, test users, guide delivery team during sprints.
• Product Deployment – create training materials, manage rollout and adoption communications.
