• Prioritize backlog, manage user stories, facilitate user testing, and guide the delivery team in sprints.
• Create training materials, drive user communications, and manage rollout and adoption strategies.
• Establish monitoring for issues, coordinate with support teams, and analyze adoption metrics.
• Evaluate features, synthesize user feedback, and partner with senior product owners to drive improvements.
