Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Product Owner for Digital Experience Platforms to define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and operational priorities for AEM, EDS, and Vercel. You will bridge business stakeholders with platform engineering, architecture, security, and application teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high‑performing digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• Experience as Product Owner/Manager for enterprise tech platforms.
• Experience with digital experience, content management, or web apps.
• Strong experience with AEM, EDS, Vercel, Next.js, CDN (Akamai) and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and governance for AEM, Vercel, Akamai, and EDS platforms.
• Prioritize and manage platform backlog, balancing business demand, security, and modernization.
• Drive platform reliability, performance, and security, including incident management and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budgeting, and executive reporting on platform health.
