• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT technical context with business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Business stakeholders to clarify gaps and align with IT.
• Coordinate to translate IT queries into business discussions and drive resolutions.
• Communicate migration plans, readiness, and next steps to Business teams.
• Enable Business teams to prepare downstream customers by setting timelines and changes.
• Follow up with IT and Business to avoid delays due to clarifications or dependencies.
• Manage multiple initiatives with prioritization, tracking, and execution discipline.
• Maintain structured tracking of status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
