Job summary

ISA Consulting Group, a Tampa-based IT consulting firm, seeks a Business Analyst to drive data-driven product strategy. You’ll analyze how deals win or lose, identify at-risk accounts, and quantify costs to serve customers. You will own multiple Power BI dashboards and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting with clear narratives.

This outbound analytics role emphasizes building models, testing hypotheses, and providing executive-ready insights to shape pricing and product decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and data modeling skills are essential.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R is a plus for data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g., Claude) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core commercial metrics: win/loss, renewal, churn, and revenue retention.
• Own Power BI dashboards for senior product leaders and document metric definitions.
• Source and reconcile data across CRM, product analytics, billing, and cloud cost tooling.
• Develop cost sensitivity and scenario models; support pricing and packaging decisions.
