Subway is seeking a hands-on, mid-level Product Owner to manage a portfolio of core enterprise applications powering back-office operations. You will lead Agile ceremonies end-to-end, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and maintain the product roadmap for Corporate Applications across HR, Legal, Finance and more.

You will partner with business stakeholders and development teams, coordinate vendor resources, and ensure smooth UAT and production handoffs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in direct application or systems support across back-office functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting).
• Background in Agile/Scrum with product ownership or business analysis responsibilities.
• Ability to elicit requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage a backlog.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the Corporate Applications backlog, prioritize requests, decompose epics into features and stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Coordinate UAT, production transition, and post‑deployment support across Finance, HR, Legal, and other functions.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver product demonstrations to stakeholders.
