Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Enterprise / Corporate Applications (Legal, HR, Accounting, Finance) including break/fix, patching, and security administration.
• Lead Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management using ServiceNow with SLA adherence.
• Guide MSP vendors and coordinate with Client Services for second-level support across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement owners to prioritize user stories and release planning.
• Conduct discovery, map as-is/to-be workflows, and analyze needs to balance business value with security requirements.
