Job summary

Subway is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to own a portfolio of core corporate applications powering People Operations, Finance, Legal and other back-office functions. You will lead Agile ceremonies, translate business needs into requirements, and drive the product roadmap with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and ability to work with offshore/onshore teams in Agile environments.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in development, implementation, or support of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, and implement enterprise software to meet business needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization; manage vendor and MSP resources.
• Own and refine Corporate Applications backlog; prioritize incidents and enhancements.
• Coordinate transition of support to production and oversee UAT testing.
• Create documentation, perform demonstrations, and articulate business value.
